I’m very passionate about fitness and I try to find the time to sweat at least once a day. I use to be in the gym for hours, slaving away at the cardio machines but I’ve found more efficient ways that work better for me.
I love lifting weights because it makes me feel strong and gives me a toned look overall, but you can achieve this at home as well. You don’t need access to a gym to workout, you can work out anywhere and use pretty much anything as equipment. I workout at home all the time and now that the weather is getting nicer, I’ve been heading outside more and more.
Today I’m sharing some of my favourite arm moves for a quick little somethin somethin. I’ve heard too many times that people don’t have time to workout, but you actually do and I’m here to share some quick moves you can do anytime and anywhere.
Do 3 rounds of this circuit with a minute in between circuits.
I like to use 10-15lb weights depending on the exercise, but you can use whatever weight you feel comfortable with, or water bottles, soup cans, etc!
I try to incorporate these moves into my routine 2-3 times a week and I promise you’ll see a positive change after a couple of weeks if you keep at it and eat healthy!
